Soon, you will be introduced to the rich history of vampyres, the foundations of our major rituals, as well as the many faces of the Goddess, Nyx, and finally, you will be awarded a beginner's look at the biological miracle that is the Change. You are no longer a human teenager. You are a fledgling.
Tulsa, Oklahoma, is not your average city. Home to one of the various House of Night campuses, vampyres are a part of everyday life, just like they are in the remainder of the world. Vampyrism is a public knowledge, a commonality for those who find themselves Marked to complete the Change. A dark storm, however, is beginning to brew at the Tulsa House of Night, all beginning with the Marking of one fledgling. Soon, the balance of Light and Darkness will begin to challenge the world, and will ultimately strive to upset the balance of nature in both the human and vampyre societies. Will you stand on the side of Darkness? Or will you be with Light?
