Things have been stirring the district of Soltar. Just over twenty years ago the expulsion of vampires from the cities drove vampires into the wastes of the demolished world, leaving them desperate and starving for blood. The twin cities, Avispa and Flora, watch from afar, the people inside content with the idea that their vampire neighbors are kept away from them. But recently, Flora has opened a feeder house that has let vampires inside, only briefly, the idea of trying to rekindle a civil relationship a murmur about the government. Not everyone is happy with this idea, however, and some violently oppose it. With vampire hunters on the prowl and tensions high, there is surely darkness and villainous work at hand in the veins of the cities. Something malignant is growing.
