» Here is Laevinus Caesar Forsyth, also known as the Monarch. To describe him in few words is quite the task, but in order to get a basic grasp of this complex individual, you must know this; everything he does is in order to better himself. Not in a heroic, selfless fashion, but exactly the opposite--he's self-serving, and gives little care towards the strife or hardships of other individuals. As long as he is content with his lifestyle and surroundings, then he will remain unbothered by the inevitable problems of his people--that is, on the inside at least. An atrociously lustful, manipulative, aggresive, and dominant man, Laevinus is hardly one most would think about challenging on any whim. Even still, he refuses to admit that friendship is something he is capable of, and detests the very idea of trusting another being with every fibre of his being. He's a remorseless being, certainly, but on the off-chance that someone will get onto his good side, and he will enjoy their company, he will grow protective and possessive to the point of intense aggression when threatened. There are always plots open here, but keep in mind his dislike towards men--it will likely be women, that make up this section.
» As for lovers, I must make it very clear that this is a man who is not capable of love. Or, rather, that is what he has convinced himself. He was supposedly in love three times prior to the takeover, each hundreds of years apart, but they all ended very sourly, thus leaving Laevinus giving up on the emotion all-together. However, flings are a different story--this is a man who's mood is based on the amount of intercourse he's had, within the past week. He's obsessed with the company of women, and isn't below taking it in any means necessary. His bedroom is a very, very busy place, and he, quite literally, flirts with every woman of which he comes into contact with. I expect there will be many women in this area, that will keep his mood from growing foul, if yuh catch my drift.

» A student attending the local Academy, Justin, from the outside, may appear to be your usual high-school boy, doing what he can from day to day in order to spice up his life. That, however, is a common misconception--Justin is anything but the usual. He is, quite frankly, one of the most sincere, gentle, comforting, and carefree young men of which reside within Aurum, and it's obvious from the second he enters a room. His smile is contagious, and though currently plagued by a heartbreak that has been weighing down his heart, he does his best to keep his chin up. An optimist of whom is always looking for a good time, this is the boy that will do anything in order to evoke laughter, and sacrifice himself for anyone he cares for. » Lark is, with every fibre of his being, a soldier. The word defines him entirely, and it is very bluntly displayed in the unemotional, detached way of which he conducts himself. This is a vampire of which has been numbed to the point where emotion is weakness, and thus, he refrains from showing it to the ones around him. His combat skills are flawless, thanks to having lived through the first world war, and he is a very deeply and emotionally damaged, reserved male. However, Lark does have exceptional morals, and will stand fiercely against anything he believes to be morally wrong. His word can always be trusted, and though he can be potentially dangerous, he is a vampire of immense control and composure. Please read his biography, here.

It's usually hit or miss with him, but most of his closer pals are females, considering his dominant nature is somewhat hard to deal with, for another dude. » With lovers, Tyrone is very much your typical love-'em-and-leave-'em type of young man.
